What do guys think about Green being healthy? It looked like in the colts game he almost broke out for a few big gains... The longer he stays healthy and and a few carries he just may earn his money... What do you guys think:confused:

AG was excellent. He picked up blocks well and ran decisively. Maybe Slaton is pushing him! Slaton also did really well in his block assignments and of course his running was great.

Finally being able to have a 1-2 punch is huge.

Who needs Fred Taylor and MJD?? We don't we have Slaton and AG. I bet they can get our rushing total to top 5 by the end of the year if they stay healthy. Even with our team passing to set up the run lol. Slaton is going to break a 30+ run every game it seems like and Green is able to crunch out 40 yards or so with limited carries. We can easily become one of the top rushing teams in the NFL. As soon as they stack the box BOOM Andre Johnson for an 80 yard TD. Offense firing on all cylinders baby. Dolphins gonna get a stomping

Green looked great, I had almost given up that he would ever be back. Fingers crossed that he says healthy. Slaton & a healthy Green? Should be fun to watch.

This is exactly what the coaches wanted out of him. They wanted him to be healthy this season so that we could have a nice 1-2 punch. They planned for it to be Chris Brown and Ahman Green... I will take Ahman and Slaton anyday though!

At least we can rotate Chris and Ahman if injuries start building up. Assuming CHris's back ever gets better.

I wouldn't call it a 1-2 punch but having another RB that can usually break out for 4-5 yards will be a massive help. It is not thunder and lighting that many other teams try to use but it will hopefully keep Slaton from being overworked in his first season.

Great pounder to compliment Slaton's slashing, I wish Kubiak would have given him the ball on that third down play last week...but I digress.
