Hey I know I ragged on Mario, but I havent heard much talk about his condition. Do anyone know if he had any off season medical work done. In other words, is he at full strength now? Same as for Mathis. Is he healthy now?

Mario didn't have any offseason surgeries, but he is at 100%. His injury heals with not being active on his feet. Mathis is still not 100% he always seems to have some nagging injury and thats what Kubiak doesn't like about him.

Take a look at CBS sports.com . They have a good story on Mario. It should make you feel better that he ready and willing to play his game. I'm looking forward to his big year, while shuting down the crap about him not being a Number One pick.

check the texans tv section. there is an interview with him and he discusses his progress and status. he feels he will be reading for camp.

Lamont, there was a story on thenews last night about Big Nasty. Very very interesting, while it didn't state whether he was one way or the other, it showed him practicing and he spoke how he is ready to get out there. Personally I got excited because from what I could gather, it looks as though he may start after all. I think the Texans are holding out on saying this and maybe they are just going to surprise us fans in a good way and our opponents in a very very bad way.

Good Stuff
