...that ESPN has the Colts, Jags, Browns, and Chargers as teams who are playoff contenders despite losing records and not the Texans? Just curious. I know it's random, but i havent been on in a while so if im a retard please say so:D

We're MAYBE outside--->marginal playoff hopefuls, but that's the best I can do for u. So, long story short...I'm not surprised. LOVE THE OPTIMISM THOUGH!!!!!

Actually this is the we are done year in and year out. Ok last year and this year. The Texans are an after thought on BSPN. Of course we really haven't done anything to change that. Taking nothing away from our current win streak, but the teams have a combined 3-19 record. We did what we are supposed to do and beat the inferior teams. Now as far as their play in those three wins I think we are middle of the pack strength wise. We notch 3 wins in our next 4 games and we might hear some rumblings from BSPN, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

just win and who cares if any one notices them...they will notice if they win 4 in a row.

Colts and Jags beat us, so until we beat them, we can't complain too loudly.

They may have beat us score wise but we out played them in every aspect of those games and for those reasons we should be given credit and some recognition...atleast thats what I think his complaint is....but as for me...who cares. Id prefer to fly under the radar and keep putting up w's

I'm still doubting we make the playoffs. I'm just looking at it one game at a time.

It's better when we aren't known. Then we can surprise a few teams. It also is funny to watch commentators that suddenly think that "man I had a feeling those Texans would show up. I just didn't want to say it then but I ALWAYS thought it."

They can keep their respect. I'll take the wins one game at a time. :D

and we run faster!

hehehe, come on now. That's how you win, you beat them "score wise". how else do you win? They are the better team up in until we beat them.

We have 3 losses in our division and the season is only half over. Maybe they understand how the playoff system works.

I think this is due to three things. The first is that we've finished last in our division every year as far back as I'm willing to remember (things get fuzzy before the '05-06 season.) Secondly, we have yet to win on the road. Lastly, dating back to last season we are 1-8 in our own division.

We need the next two weeks to be convincing victories before we garner any intrest in our team as playoff hopefuls, and we need to get some division wins to really be in contention (unless Jax and Indy continue to fall.)

Respect comes with consistent victories, let's hope we earn some.

You have to look at WHO we've beaten as well. I'm sure that's factoring in their thinking. Until we start beating teams other than 0-fers we'll not get any consideration. We can change that today against the Vikes. If we don't beat the Vikes then the questions will still linger and rightfully so.

this game is prove we are far from a playoff team. oh yes we are GREAT against 2 teams which were winless when we played them. face it. were garbage this year. we are a spoiler team as of right now

Moral Victories don't count in the NFL playoff tiebreaking system.
