The honeymoon is over, we beat up on 2 0-fer teams at home and barely squeaked out a win against a team that we're probably about a touchdown better than on most Sundays, now we go on the road and face probably a middle of the pack, maybe upper echelon team with a chance to turn the corner and just can't get it done.
This team is what it is; a sub .500 to maybe .500 team. This team has talent, and granted we're still at least 2 more playmakers on D away from taking the next step, this coaching staff just isn't getting it done.

You are correct.

There is talent on this team, but the FO and the coaching staff are weak in the development department.

I am tired of the losing, the fans are tired of losing, but it seems that the team is not.

Maybe they didn't get the memo that a streak is best served with wins and not losses. :p

Kind contradicting your self there with the whole needs 2 more playmakers to take the next step and then saying the coaching staff isn't getting the job done. Relax, what is our offense ranked? Kubiak has taken mediocre talent and made them great!!! Defense, well thats another story.

Its actually very simple. Yes we have talent, and in my opinion better then .500 talent, therefore coaching staff not getting it done. If this team played to its potentiel and we also added the 1 or 2 more playmakers on D i mentioned, i feel we'd be a top 5 team.
Get it?

I must be slow because I am not seeing how the coaches are causing us to commit turnovers. As I see it, the turnovers are killing the team and that comes down to poor choices by the players on the field.

You can tell it is starting to wear on Kubes as well because he actually looked mad when he was asked how he is going to fix the turnover issue. Kubes never shows his emotions so you know this is really starting to piss him off.
