Schuab throws one pick (which I believe was caused because of a friggin shot to the leg he throws off of...) and you guys are already ready for him to leave? Do you have very short memory spans? Bandwagoners and boo-birds a-like make me laugh.

We have 9 more games left people. Chill out.

I don't get the "out for blood" attitude people have anymore. Matt has alternately shown competence and mistakes, which is exactly what you would expect for a QB learning how to be a consistent starter. Seriously, if we waived either Matt or Sage, how many minutes do you think they'd be on out there before being signed? Are people ignorant of the general state of quarterbacking in the NFL now? Neither one may be perfect, but they are better than alot of whats out there.

I don't think Matt knew how much he was hurt until he threw that duck intended for Vonta. Matt's made poor decisions before, but not wounded duck throws like that was.

If the O-line didn't let the Vikings D nearly decapitate Matt at the knees then maybe he would play better... just a thought.

To me Schaub is the very embodiment of this team: inconsistent.

I have always been a Schaub supporter, but he is starting to lose me. It seems like his head is not in the game when we hit the road.

yes, already. didnt you know? all the stats and total offense dont matter as soon as that pick is thrown. also our season is over since we lost today. we are the worst team in the league. its time to "pack it up" and come back next season.;):D

Maybe your right about him when we're on the road but it seems that the most difficult games we play the O-line does stop protecting as well as when we win. IMO he's good in the pocket and when he rolls out. But when the pressure is lit and he's forced to move then I agree that mobility is not his forte.

Schaub gets hit alot and we lose. I give him the benifit of the doubt. I think some of the hit should have been penalties. He was hit low twice which is illegal. Not an excuse but a fact. Sage is a geart back up but just that a back up.

I've also been a supporter of Schaub too, but enuf is enuf. I want to believe that Matt can do/bring us places, but this guy is too-darn gown fragile. I know those 2 hits on'em should've been called, but any contact on Matt is like a train-wreck.If he had alil-bit of Carr's tufness, Matt could be our perfect QB!!!:(

He gets a bad rap because of cheap shots.

This nonsense about Matt folding when we're on the road is crap!! Look at our road games. The teams we've played on the road we're play-off teams from last year. Now if we played DET, CIN, SEA, or CLE on the road and Matt throws three picks then we've got a problem.

I was for pulling Schaub after taking the leg hit. (I feel the leg shot was 50/50 cheap if that were peyton or brady that would have been roughing the passer)

1. he was hurt
2. he was still taking shots (getting hurt worse)
3. lack of mobility would end up getting him hurt even worse.
4. interception
5. His own saftey.

I thoughts on pulling him were not pro sage or anti matt. Simply protect the poor guy.

I was screaming at the TV when I saw the second shot to the same knee by the same player. Allan was accidentally diving into Schaubs legs after the passes right? He didn't mean to try and injure him right?

Has he been fined yet because I thought those looked worse than the hit on Brady's knee earlier in the season and they were discussing that hits below the knee are illegal when that happened.

I thought Matt must've gotten a concussion or something... he kept his helmet on well after he had been pulled. I figured he must have thought he was going back in, but after the half, he still had it on! And for the entire second half too.

He sounded ok in vthe press conference though.
