I agree, I was telling my wife it seems like every week the zebras call at least 3 bad calls against the texans that hurt us at critical times in the game. I saw many plays that they called on the Texans, that they didn't call on the brownies.

Me too. The Jags are coming off a serious beat down and we always play them very well.

It's good to see so many positive comments. We need to ride this momentum for the rest of the season.:)

Blaming refs is lame.
Im not blaming the refs for our mistakes but the freaking Phamtom holding call on the kick off return when davis was clearly gone ......the phantom illegal touching call on 4th down followed by another on third down both of which didnt happen all im saying is i rewinded and rewinded play after play and never saw these penaltys ....i really wouldnt be surprised if we had a Browns fan in black and white today

Blaming refs is lame.
This may be true, but when the wr is pushing the db and he pushes back to keep his position that is not interference. Look back at the Colts game it was going on all game and it was not called last week.

Blaming refs is lame.
Refs who make bad calls to turn the momentum of a game are pretty lame too. Final score should have been at least 23 - 6 at a minimum, maybe more.

Ed Hockelie's (sp) crew has been the worst group of reff.'s this year IMO. They have made a bunch of mistakes, some of which got national attention. We were just their latest bad effort.

We WON the game. No one was 'blaming' the refs for causing us to lose or anything. It was being pointed out that our team won in spite of refs calling the game unfairly. Pointing out someone who is doing thier job poorly(unjustly, in this case) is telling it like it is...not blaming. we played well enough (or they played poorly enough) to take it out of the hands of the refs but it could have gone differently and thats the beef.
I agree people shouldn't go around blaming others for thier own failures but its not lame to call a lie a lie.
I hope Huttocarl never becomes the victem of a cheater of any kind because he wont be able to comment on it at all...that would make him lame.:p
Not gonna blame the refs for our bad season, but they do suck.

It doesn't matter what level of play, the "team" must perform inspite of the officials.
It does seem that Ed's crews have had less "marquis" games since their massive mistakes earlier in the year.

Anybody remember the Baltimore game and the barrage of calls made by the ******s in that game? Two Defensive holding calls and not to mention the Slaton should have been a TD when he ran it for over 50 yards or so. That call was on OD for offensive holding but after watching it over and over that was a BS call.

I played lacrosse in college and subscribe to the point of view that one shouldn't put themselves in a position to let a call or two decide the game.
If you were in Cleveland watching the game as a Browns fan, you could find just as many calls you wouldn't agree with.

Despite our best efforts to lose this game we won. They tried like hell to lose another one, but the Browns were better at it this week. Same team, same mistakes, we just played a team worse off than we are.
