  • dude, Matt Schaub sucks

Texans teams always seem to settle for the 'generic' brand.

why not spend so money and go for a name-brand?

    Schaub's like...alllmooosttt good....we thiiinnnkk....kiiind of...

the dude doesnt strike me consistently as a leader.
doesn't seem like the kind of guy that the players would die for.

houston teams always want to win with as little invested as possible.
like trying to win some NASCAR race with bargain used tires....

you folks around here...STOP SETTLING FOR MEDIOCRE.
the Texans front office are selling you day-old bread for fresh-baked money.

and some of you LOVE IT.
Could we maybe hire a Special Teams coach?

There is not doublt Schaub is a good quaterback. He is a good BACKUP quarterback. How many quarterbacks have a team with this amount of talent and don't do s@#t with it! He has all the number....all the stats...except for the most important.....WINS!
Great quarterbacks win games. Look at Colt McCoy in Cleveland. His team is mediocre at best. What did they do with him at the helm? They lost 1 and won 3!
I will never understand some coaches who stick with Quarterbacks and Coordinators that suck!!

Yeah, those 34 points we gave up sure aren't the reason we lost.

Schaub makes poor decisions, our defense looks like a PeeWee squad.

His abundance of yardage and lack of wins is a product of our **** playcalling in the RZ. That's coaching, not Schaub.

He had 1 TO that yielded 3 points. The last TO really meant nothing, game was already over. Defense is still the main problem. Blame them for giving up 31 points.

i mean...I KNOW ITS INSANE TO THINK THIS!

but i think Matt Schaub is being paid off to throw games.

                      i really do.

Playcalling doesn't make the Quarterback throw a 3 yard pass when it is 3rd and 15! Get your head out of the clouds!

His INT in the first half only resulted in 3 points. We lost by 10. The fumble at the end had no bearing on the outcome of the game. Our defense giving up 34 points lost this game.

I am beginning to wonder if Schaub peaked last season. He doesn't look the same as far as awareness on the field. NFL Network talked trash about our secondary and the DB's lived up to the talking heads expectations.
